Assets

1. Using our assets for commercial, private, and public use is all allowed under our terms BUT if used in any public or commercial form you MUST link back to the original asset link and either credit ChaoticCreations or WingedDiscordant/Snowieblend

2. Editing our assets via changing textures or FBX's is allowed HOWEVER you may NOT re-sell for profit OR claim that you created the asset.

3 Do NOT leak, steal, or otherwise crowd share any of our assets. We run sales in our discord server extremely often to help keep things affordable. Please check in there or even DM us if you're looking for something you cannot afford.

4. Our assets are created with the intentions of them being used in or modified for virtual reality games, this is including but not limited to VRChat, ChilloutVR, NeosVR, ETC. We do NOT allow use in non-vr games such as SecondLife, IMVU, Roblox, etc. If you have any concerns regarding this rule please contact us.

Avatars

1. PLEASE DO NOT LEAK, STEAL, OR CROWD-SHARE OUR AVATARS, like stated above, we enjoy running sales often and we want things to be accessible. Please reach out if you are looking for a specific thing.

2. DO NOT ASSET FARM OFF OF OUR AVATARS. All assets used on our avatars if not created by us have been fairly paid for from their belonging creators for use. Creators spend lots of time making their assets and deserve to be fairly compensated from their work. We link back to all assets we use, please support the OG creators.

3. DO NOT USE OUR AVATARS FOR V-TUBING / STREAMING WITHOUT PERMISSION!! Some asset creators have a TOS regarding the use or sale of their items being used for this purpose and we must check all TOS before clearing you for this. In the event you have special permission to be cleared you must credit Chaotic Creations along with any other creators who have specified as such.

4. DO NOT BUY OUR NSFW AVATARS FOR MINORS by buying any of our NSFW models you are adhering that you are 18+ and of legal consenting age in order to properly use those functions.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW AND ADHERE TO ANY OF OUR TOS WILL RESULT IN A DISCORD AND STORE BAN. PLEASE BE MINDFUL TO YOUR FELLOW CREATORS.
